Service provider techonsolutions who have a website at www.techon.co.in bidded for a major development project that I had listed on a website. I paid them $1020.00 via paypal into their email address of deepakchaudhary24@hotmail.com

I then contacted Deepak Chaudhary several times due to non-delivery of project as I wanted to pay the remaining balance to release my project. Deepak who is allegedly from New Delhi, India, informed me that Jagjot Singh is my project manager told me to email or contact Deepak via msn messenger. Both of these guys are a fraud!
Now i`ve spoken to these people via their mobile numbers as below;

There is no answer from their phones... they both just constantly ring out or are sometimes switched off. I have spoken to these people on their mobile phones in Dec 07/Jan 08 after I had paid them using Paypal on 21 Dec 2007.
Now everyone has heard of internet scams but a scam that an indian company does might hit someone really hard like myself. Now I have no project, $1000 US out of pocket and have a very low image of using indian development companies like Techon Solutions. Now your thinking.... why on earth pay them in the first place?? Well, First i did a whois search for techon.co.in then it displayed that it was a private registered company therefore I thought ok, they are providing a service and I pay and receive a service. I tried calling the number on the whois result but they deny all knowledge of this company so what can a person really do if they live in USA or UK and are seeking services in India? Not much as I have experienced.
Why would a scammer buy a domain and pay for 4 years ownership?

The only thing I can now think of is that Jagjot is aged 26 and Deepak is 24 by guessing from their email addresses but if you know these people then let me know as I would be more than grateful to award you.
I`ve just found an email Deepak had sent me from techonsolutions@hotmail.com and it shows the orginating ip as 59.180.146.188 and it shows the below results when i do a whois search;

Someone, somewhere must know these techon or techno india guys.... I`m contacting Delhi police about these scammers. I hope they will contact me to avoid criminal proceedings when Paypal releases the bank account information. If you know them then contact me for a reward. I`m actually furious and outraged by this behaviour and willing to reward anyone with information.
